5K Race
Leave Scott’s Cove and proceed along Caribou Road/High Street. Take a left on Bayview Crescent (just before City Chrysler). Continue to the intersection of Bayview Crescent and High Street. Turn right on High Street and return to Scott’s Cove.

10 K Race
Leave Scott’s Cove Park and go up Caribou Road (towards Grand Bay). Turn left on Grand Bay Road; Pass the Hospital, Mall, College of the North Atlantic and the Fire Hall. Continue on down Grand Bay Road. At the post office turn left on Kettle’s Lane and continue on to LeGrow Street. Take left on LeGrow and at the next intersection turn right and continue on to the BRUCE. Turn around at the BRUCE and return to Scott’s Cove covering the same route.

Note: There will be prizes for the top three finishers in each division and all participants will receive a t-shirt.
