2nd Annual Funvitational Golf Tournament
St Andrews Na Creige Golf Club, Codroy Valley
July 31st, 2005

The tournament is a four person best-Ball 9-hole match with a shotgun start at 2.00pm.

Entry fee for the tournament is $35.00 per individual which includes registration, green fees, and buffet meal. Prizes will be awarded after the buffet. Winners will be selected by random draw and everyone will receive a prize.

There will be a $10,000 prize for a hole in one on the designated hole as well as prizes for the longest drive and closest to the hole on designated holes.

Entry fee should be mailed immediately after this form has been completed. Although the match will be played in teams of four, individuals can register and will be matched with other registrants who have submitted individual application.
Play will go ahead rain or shine. Golf clubs and carts can be rented from golf club if needed, as well as other golf supplies.
Registration deadline is July 15th. The fee for late registration is $40. The number of participants is limited to 120. All ages can enter.
For those people visiting for Port aux Basques Come Home year we invite you to come to this event with family and friends and have a real “fun” time.
